Custom Wedding Dress!

I finished a custom wedding dress this week and am so happy with it!
I had my client select from about 15 different brocade swatches.  She picked a beautiful cream and gold rayon/lurex brocade I found for her at Mood Fabrics.  We did a very simple pleated bodice with a V back, midriff band and full length skirt.  I made the skirt slowly flair out toward the bottom so she has enough room to move her legs around without having to give the back of the skirt a slit.  I also have the dress a 3" hem so that it can be easily lengthened if it happens to be too short.
I lined the dress with a very lightweight anti-static poly lining - it's Fall - the air is dry and the last thing I want is for this dress to get static cling.

My dress form is a little tilted in these pics - I took them in a little bit of a rush before shipping the dress:

I love the hanger appeal of this dress!
